Fitness SUP

Fitness SUP — fitness program that combines training on land and in water while using comfortable surface of an inflatable board and with more complex load, since this surface is unstable. In SUP-surfing usually use inflatable wide boards — they are more stable. The weight of one such board is 10 kg and it can withstand up to 120 kg

Yoga and fitness classes on an unstable board can burn about 500 kcal per hour. Lessons are held in summer time, in the mornings, which will give you the opportunity to enjoy the sea with benefits for health, without fear of heat and sunburn.

Duration of one lesson 1 hour.

Fitness SUP

Training program:

  • 10 minutes warm-up — rowing on SUP with training technique
  • 40 minutes of active fitness classes using the SUP surf in open sea. The lesson includes basic muscle training exercises for the whole body, the fulfillment requires constant preservation of the balance, which makes training twice more effective.
  • 10 minutes of completion — rowing SUP
